I am a strength & conditioning coach, sports scientist, and software engineer.



While others may seek the spotlight, I operate behind the scenes, helping my clients unleash their inner beast.

$1299 + HST (CAD)

1) Register using your mobile phone number. You will be sent a one time pass-code.

2) Complete your assessment.

3) Your four week free trial will begin.

4) After I setup your programming, you’ll be able to build your meal plan.

5) Done. Time to get results.

PS: I am not available on the weekends. If you want to maximize the entire free trial, it’s best to join during the weekday so there is no delay getting started.

Besides the duration, four weeks in the free trial, and one year in the membership, there is no difference.

All kinds of goals. From body composition (fat loss / building muscle etc) to pathologies (cancer, diabetes, etc).

Yes, you will need to join a gym or have an adequate home / garage gym.



A power rack, cable crossover / functional trainer, leg curl (seated, lying, or kneeling), back extension, barbells, and dumbbells are the minimum.



Your cable crossover / functional trainer will need to accommodate lat pull-downs / seated row, or you’ll need a separate machine.



After the minimal is met, I would add a swiss bar and trap bar.



Leg press would also be beneficial.
